This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the Women’s game and who can aid the Women’s recruitment team, through the management of data sources and player insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing presentations of both video and data for a range of audiences including executives, coaches, and other relevant staff.
  • Lead in the maintenance of the club databases including data imports and updates.
  • Act as a facilitator for scouting staff to engage with player data.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of current research.
  • Conduct player research including technical, physical, and social characteristics.
  • Assist members of the data and recruitment analytics team on any project as required.
  • Assist the members of Sporting Team as required.
  • Provide individual player reports to be inputted onto the CFCW scouting portal.

What you will bring to the role

  • FA Talent ID Level 1 & 2 (or working towards)
  • Video editing experience
  • Can produce telestrated video reports
  • Demonstrates an interest and understanding of Women’s football.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative problem solver with the drive and discipline to learn and develop new skills.
  • Capable with Power BI and Tableau.
