This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the Women’s game and who can aid the Women’s recruitment team, through the management of data sources and player insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing presentations of both video and data for a range of audiences including executives, coaches, and other relevant staff.
- Lead in the maintenance of the club databases including data imports and updates.
- Act as a facilitator for scouting staff to engage with player data.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of current research.
- Conduct player research including technical, physical, and social characteristics.
- Assist members of the data and recruitment analytics team on any project as required.
- Assist the members of Sporting Team as required.
- Provide individual player reports to be inputted onto the CFCW scouting portal.
What you will bring to the role
- FA Talent ID Level 1 & 2 (or working towards)
- Video editing experience
- Can produce telestrated video reports
- Demonstrates an interest and understanding of Women’s football.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative problem solver with the drive and discipline to learn and develop new skills.
- Capable with Power BI and Tableau.
