Responsibilities

• Applying your existing skills to support residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities
• Providing emotional support and companionship to enhance residents\’ quality of life
• Tailoring care to residents\’ individual preferences and needs, helping them live fulfilling and enriched lives
• Maintaining the highest standards of care, professionalism, and attention to detail within the home
• Collaborating with a skilled team to ensure residents\’ needs are consistently met

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the health and social care sector, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality care
• A compassionate, professional approach to supporting older adults, particularly those requiring nursing, palliative, or dementia care
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts as needed
