CAD/CAM Technician – Hob Make

Job description

I Holland Limited is a leading global manufacturer of precision tooling used in the production of tablets, selling to over 100 countries worldwide and to multi-national pharmaceutical companies. We are recognized as a leader in tabletting science.

The successful candidate should have:

• Experience with CAD/CAM software to create models and programs of master parts for tablet compression tooling.
• Ability to manufacture parts from master tablet tooling designs and drawings.
• Experience operating die mould CNC milling machines.
• Skills in inspection and visual validation using various measuring equipment and vision systems, including micrometers, Vernier calipers, bench clocks, contour tracers, shadow graphs, and digital cameras.
• Proficiency in finishing and polishing detailed embossing and features to high accuracy standards.
• Ability to complete process checks and update schedules using Microsoft 360 applications.
• Support for downstream engineering processes and other machining operations as required.

Hours of work: AM / PM shifts 6 am-2 pm / 2 pm-10 pm, rotating, plus occasional Saturdays paid at overtime rates.

Pay: From £12.72 per hour plus 18% shift premium, totaling £15.01 per hour. Overtime is available but not guaranteed.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 39 per week
