We are now taking expressions of interest for a Sales Advisor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll oversee the sales of our homes to customers at sites throughout the South West. Supporting and persuading potential purchasers to buy a Cavanna Home, you will manage the sales process with each customer, hand-over their home, and work to enhance the customer journey from their first meeting through to their 7-day visit. You will qualify potential purchasers in accordance with departmental procedures, staying informed of all the benefits and unique selling points of homes on your development.
Additionally, you will:
- Ensure that the show home and sales office presentation meet departmental standards
- Respond to generated sales leads
- Work to close sales while supporting customers through the sales process
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist in detailed market research
- Ensure maximum revenue is achieved for each home/unit
About You
To be considered as a Sales Advisor, you will need:
- Experience of delivering sales in a service environment, such as housebuilding, estate agency or banking
- Experience of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- An understanding of the construction and property markets and their driving factors
- The ability to negotiate to maximise revenue
- A full, valid driving licence
