- Adherence to all recipe processes to achieve specification, consistent quality & product safety
- Support the bakery team to ensure and prioritise maximum output of products required
- Ensure correct stock rotation & recording of data
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety controls including the traceability of all products.
- Clean as you go & hygiene standards are maintained throughout the shift inc. end of shift cleaning schedules followed

Its famous heritage pies are sold in leading UK supermarkets, as well as our famous Ye Olde Pork Pie Shoppe in the heart of Melton Mowbray.
