Lettings and Allocations officer – 12 months FTC – Warrington
Your new company
We are currently recruiting a Lettings and Allocation officer to join a large North West Housing Association. This is a new regional letting and allocation officer role, and you will cover across the North West.
Your new role
This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity which could become permanent if successful. The successful post holder will need to drive and have access to a vehicle to meet the travel requirements of this post. Travel will be required to the Head Office, based in Birchwood, Warrington for meetings and training. You will also be required to attend site visits at potential new developments across the North West region.
You will be busy coordinating applications for housing with new customers through to the letting of a home, supporting the other regional teams to increase letting activity across the regions, and liaising with our development colleagues and housing teams.
What you’ll need to succeed You will need to be KPI focused on re-letting empty homes quickly and efficiently whilst providing new customers a fantastic experience during the lettings onboarding service.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be performance driven, focused on customer outcomes and have a right first-time approach to service, solution focused, able to manage your own workload while meeting targets, and able to work collaboratively across the business independently.
You will need to build and maintain strong working relationships with our partner Local authorities and internal teams and be competent in the use of multiple ICT systems and channels.
