We are seeking a UK Marketing Specialist.

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Implement both Global and Local Marketing Strategies.
  • Collaborate with the EMEA Marketing Team, District Sales Managers, and local agencies on strategy formulation and campaign development to ensure consistent and flawless execution across the region.
  • Achieve and surpass objectives related to profitability, growth, market share, and quality by developing and executing top-tier marketing strategies, campaigns, materials, and retail initiatives for the UK & Ireland.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • A university degree in Marketing is essential.
  • Proven and demonstrable experience in a marketing-focused role.
  • History of creating and executing successful marketing strategies, including agency management.
  • Strong background in both B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills and rapport-building abilities.
  • Solid understanding of social media, digital marketing, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience with international or American companies is a plus.
  • Adaptability and a proactive attitude to get things done.
  • Track record of achieving results and exceeding expectations.
  • Effective team collaboration and influencing skills.
