About the Job:
We are seeking a Night Concierge team member to join us at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main duties include:
- Responding promptly to guest requests, requirements, and complaints.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local activities and establishing contacts for guest requests.
- Promoting in-house restaurants, facilities, and destinations.
- Booking restaurant seats and arranging transportation for guests.
- Reconfirming guest flights and leaving confirmation messages.
- Checking and familiarizing with the arrival, VIP, and departure lists daily.
