Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are listed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage pricing within the product both dynamically and manually.
- Work with partners to ensure that their content is inputted correctly and efficiently.
- Propose technical improvements and automations to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Build and monitor the effectiveness of pages on the marketplace, including analysing key metrics and making recommendations for improvements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration towards common goals.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to standardise and streamline marketplace operations.
- Identify areas for improvement within marketplace operations and work with the Head of Marketplace to develop strategies to address them.
- Work effectively under last-minute deadlines alongside strategic planning.
- Communicate effectively with team members, partners, and stakeholders across the business.
- Show a passion for process improvement and streamlining.
