A leading Main Contractor that has been operating for over 90 years is currently looking for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The company has a great reputation in the industry for delivering high-quality projects across a number of sectors including residential, education, healthcare, conservation, leisure and commercial, encompassing new build and refurbishment projects up to £15m.

They are looking for a Project Manager to work on a £15m+ new build residential, RC frame development comprising circa 90 units. The project is near London Bridge and is due to start in January, but they are ready to take the right person on board now. The company has a number of other similar projects in the pipeline and are therefore looking for a Project Manager that has a proven track record overseeing many projects like this one.

Experience:

  • Ideally Degree Qualified
  • Background working for a reputable Main Contractor or Developer
  • Project Manager with a track record of overseeing new build, RC frame, residential projects from inception through to completion up to £15m
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
  • Able to commute to Central London on a daily basis
