About Us: Headquartered in Roanoke, VA. We haul dry vans East of the Mississippi, not including NYC or Long Island. We are primarily a beverage hauler.
Our Trucks: Assigned 2022 - 2025 Freightliner Cascadias equipped with APUs, 1500w invertors, refrigerators, pre-pass, EZ pass. Governed at 65 and 72 with Fast Pass for 30 minutes per day. 100% Qualcomm dispatched; fully on e-logs. NOT equipped with GPS. You may take equipment home for resets but MUST have a place to park both the truck and trailer intact. NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED.
Our Regional Drivers: Run 1-2 weeks at a time, based on location. Minimum 5.5 days on the road for drivers out 1 week. Top earners make up to $1800 per week. Average 2500-3000 miles per week.
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance available. 401k with company match. $25,000 Life Insurance policy at no cost to you. $150 Holiday Pay for 9 major holidays. Start accruing vacation day 1; start using your accrued vacation at 6 months.
Orientation: 90% can be done online from the comfort of your own home through a series of online videos, quizzes, and paperwork and set you up for a drug screen where you live. We cover the cost for transportation to come in for the remaining portion of orientation, which cannot be completed online (road test, Comdata card, direct deposit forms). Drivers are dispatched the same day so make sure to bring what you need with you! You’ll receive $80 orientation pay on your first paycheck.
Pay: Get paid weekly. Our pay scale runs from .53 - .60 cpm based on your experience and driving record. We pay practical miles, empty and loaded. We do not pro-rate your empty miles or pay zip code to zip code.
