Julie de l'agence Abalone de Châteaubriant recherche pour son client spécialisé dans l'agroalimentaire un Responsable d'équipe F/H de production en 3*8.
Vos missions principales :
- Mettre en place l'organisation humaine et matérielle de votre ligne de production.
- Manager votre Ă©quipe.
- Evaluer les compétences de votre équipe et la faire progresser par le biais des entretiens annuels, d'évaluations et de formations.
- Conduire des projets d'amélioration en mettant en place des plans d'actions.
- Suivre la performance de votre ligne de production, et l'améliorer (Productivité, freintes matières, taux de service).
- Superviser les activités afférentes à la production.
Pour les profils expérimentés : Conduire les projets d'amélioration, mettre en place des actions d'amélioration continue.
Poste à pourvoir de suite en CDI. Horaires : 3*8. Salaire de 2389 € à 2584 € brut / mois selon profil et expérience.
