Join CAE's Business Aviation Training team as Junior Business Analyst at our Flight Training Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. With 16 Flight Simulators on-site and an active live-training environment, you will be a key contributor supporting our Business and Helicopter Aviation and Maintenance Training business.
The role we are offering you:
- Provide the team with presentation updates for multiple business reviews, monthly forecasting, annual planning exercises and ad hoc business initiatives.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Generate and update reports (revenue performance, business presentations and more) using Excel, Power BI, Salesforce Cloud and PowerPoint.
- Source and organise quantitative and qualitative data and provide insights to improve forecast accuracy, identify opportunities and highlight risks.
- Provide analytical support for various business needs and/or internal end users.
- Other tasks and process improvement projects as required.

Location:
The full-time and permanent role is based at our Business Aviation Training Centre in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. We operate a hybrid working approach with minimum 2 days in the office. The working hours of the role are Monday to Friday, 39 hours a week.
As this role doesn’t provide visa sponsorship, all candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.
