About the Role
We are seeking a Team Assistant/Probate Executive with previous experience in Private Client and Probate to join an established City firm renowned for its wealth management services. This role is suitable for candidates with approximately 5+ years of experience, specifically in Wills, Probate, and LPAs. Responsibilities include drafting and preparing legal documents such as Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills, Trusts, and general correspondence. The role also involves completing personal details sections of IHT forms and preparing LPAs and Wills based on solicitor’s notes.
