You will be joining a dedicated Property department that plays a vital role in maintaining and managing the organisation's estate.

As a Property Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Property department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Helpdesk enquiries
  • Coordinating with contractors
  • Maintaining property records
  • Supporting financial processes
  • Contributing to data migration projects
  • Assisting with contract management
  • Health and safety documentation
  • Internal communications

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach
  • A full UK driving licence (Category B) and access to a suitable vehicle
  • Willingness to undergo a Standard DBS check
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety practices
  • Experience with finance systems or facilities management (desirable)
