We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic and Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic design team. You will play a key role in producing high-quality visual content, including videos, promotional banners, social media assets, and other multimedia materials that align with our brand and engage our audience.
Key Responsibilities- Discuss the business objectives and requirements of the task.
- Creating materials using Adobe technology and creative software suites to generate illustrations, layouts, and designs.
- Design visually appealing marketing banners, course thumbnails, and social media creatives.
- Create and edit promotional videos, explainer animations, and course trailers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop compelling visual storytelling.
- Ensure designs meet technical and accessibility standards for web and mobile.
- Design course certificate templates using Adobe Illustrator or similar tools.
- Develop and pitch design briefs that suit the business needs.
- Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop interactive designs.
- Present finalized ideas and concepts to centre managers.
- Work with a range of media, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and keep up to date with emerging technologies.
- Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches and work on layouts ready for advertisement.
- Review final work with managers and make final revisions.
- Create video testimonials of students and social media reels of classroom courses.
- Keeping up to date with design and software trends.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience in animation and motion graphics is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
