Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute international business development strategies to attract new recruitment clients.
- Initiate and nurture relationships with global clients, understanding their hiring requirements and workforce challenges.

- Maintain hands-on involvement in the recruitment process where needed, including shortlisting and candidate assessments.
