About the role

You will have ideally 2 plus years of experience in a service-focused role providing applications support on Microsoft Dynamics F&O and/or AX. Preferably you will have a minimum of 12 months’ experience working within a Service Desk environment.

  • Microsoft – ideally you will have achieved professional certification or working towards the exams:
  • MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations
  • MB-500: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer

Confident nature with professional interpersonal communication skills. You will have the ability to talk about technology, using business concepts that resonate with business stakeholders. Proactive communicator and willing to share information. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential. Exercises good judgement, knows when to flag issues and when to deal with independently. An enthusiasm to progress a career within a professional Dynamics F&O context. ITIL Foundation Exam – passed or would be expected to pass after joining.

What will you bring?

An F&O (Finance and Operations) Support Consultant provides technical support to end-users and other team members using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and/or AX. This includes resolving system issues, troubleshooting errors, and helping users navigate the software. In this role, you’d form part of Node4’s Service Team in the digital apps space and act as a 2nd and 3rd line support team, as such the role entails an excellent level of service, technical experience, and collaborative skills. You will be expected to work with colleagues to triage, investigate, and resolve tickets. You will also be expected to help manage our change enablement process relating to your relevant skill set. As the single point of contact between the end-customer and the service being provided, Node4 Service Desk Consultants deliver a customer-centric service by managing communications professionally and progressing tickets in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements.
