Raymond James | Private Capital Advisory is a leading placement agent and secondary market advisor. We are a strategic partner and liquidity solutions provider to private equity sponsors.

We are seeking a talented Analyst to assist with deal origination, execution and project management. We are prepared to train you in Private Capital Advisory and invest in your career as you learn and grow your experience base.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating time-sensitive projects, external meetings, and stakeholders' agendas
  • Drafting detailed documents and presentations
  • Attending client meetings, producing meeting and briefing notes
  • Making contact with investors and partners by telephone and email
  • Managing Virtual Data Room and other due diligence material
  • Detailed research, financial analysis and modelling
  • To be a point of contact around logistics and documentation for assigned placement clients
  • Other related duties as required

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Strong academic track record
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient user of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • A passion for client-facing / personal communication-based role
  • Hardworking, entrepreneurial and self-starter
  • Candidates must be detail-oriented, pro-active, self-motivated and be able to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) in related field
