We’re hiring a Director of Innovation (Front End) for a multi-award-winning boutique consultancy that helps global clients unlock growth through strategic innovation. With deep roots across FMCG, manufacturing, and tech, they work across B2C, B2B and D2C to identify opportunities, develop ideas, refine concepts, and launch breakthrough products.
What You’ll Do
- Lead high-impact innovation projects end-to-end—from identifying opportunities through trends and insights to shaping concepts, testing prototypes, and guiding commercial success.
- Win and grow client relationships across FMCG and related sectors.
- Lead strategic innovation projects and deliver exceptional results.
- Moderate innovation research – including focus groups, in-home interviews, and concept testing sessions.
- Facilitate dynamic workshops and sprints to co-create and refine ideas.
- Craft product briefs and collaborate with R&D and technical teams.
- Apply AI tools and techniques – including prompt engineering, analysis, and automation – to enhance the innovation process.

What You Bring
- Proven track record in leading front-end consumer product innovation projects.
- Expertise in moderating qualitative research (e.g. JTBD interviews, concept clinics, ethnographic methods).

- Comfort working independently and collaboratively across a senior team.
