Role Overview
As a Façade Project Manager, you will oversee the safe and efficient installation of building facades, ensuring high-quality standards in collaboration with the project management team.
Key duties include:
- Bridging design, trades, and subcontractors to achieve project goals
- Ensuring project safety by updating method statements and risk assessments
- Overseeing on-site quality control and managing quality plans
- Supporting project management in value optimisation for financial benefits
- Developing subcontractor teams to enhance safety and quality
- Assisting construction teams with facade engineering and installation methods
- Monitoring changes from approved designs and reporting them
- Collaborating with Quantity Surveyors and Procurement Managers to assess completed work
- Keeping detailed records of programme, equipment, and site activities
- Understanding contractual obligations for both main and subcontractors
- Communicating essential information to supervisors, workers, and subcontractors
