Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in sales and partner management within the hardware industry.
- Experience in team management, including leading and developing teams.

The Carrier team focuses on Google-branded hardware across product categories. Our team is responsible for managing partnerships with our top carriers, including developing channel strategy, negotiating commercial terms, marketing and merchandising, and overall market share goals. We partner cross-functionally with marketing, product & engineering, finance and retail marketing teams internally, and with our carrier counterparts across these disciplines.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing partnerships with carrier partners in the UK and Ireland, including developing channel strategy, negotiating commercial terms, marketing and merchandising, and overall market share goals. You will also be involved in product planning and own the Go-to-Market strategy for Devices and Services.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the introduction, sales and partner management of Google hardware products and associated services.
- Manage a team of Carrier Strategic Partner Managers and Associate Carrier Partner Managers.
- Build and maintain effective C-Level business relationships within partner organizations.
- Lead the design and implementation of commercial agreements with carrier partners, setting and managing plans.
- Set targets and plans for product tiers, market share goals, channel execution and manage plans to achieve the business goals.
- Serve as the primary business interface, internally and externally, advocating partner requirements and collaborating cross-functionally to execute initiatives and influence decision-making for long-term growth.
