Responsibilities: As an IT Support Consultant Trainee, you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, web, and email support.
- Solving a wide range of technical issues for users with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Managing a demanding workload while adhering to SLAs.
- Collaborating with third parties and logging tickets for vendor support and warranty claims.
- Researching and proactively communicating updates to clients.
- Identifying and preventing recurring issues.
- Managing changes with minimal risk to the client's operations.
- Possessing experience within Office 365 and the MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and on-premises Microsoft Exchange solutions.
