We are seeking to fill an upcoming vacancy for the role of Procurement Administrator. Under the guidance of the Senior Procurement Advisor and Procurement Services Manager, you will support and deliver duties within the Procurement/Finance function, contributing to excellent service provision and effective resource use. You will assist department managers in delivering exceptional services to our community and key stakeholders.

Reporting directly to the Senior Procurement Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with procurement of goods, services, and works.
- Developing and maintaining procurement documentation and records.
- Managing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the Financial Management System (SAP), including supporting documentation.
- Managing information related to the Government Procurement Card software (Smart Data Online).
- Supporting duties related to SAP, such as raising invoices and purchase orders in accordance with procedures.
About our Procurement team: The team comprises a Procurement Services Manager, Senior Procurement Advisor, Procurement Advisor, and Procurement Administrator. We collaborate with all departments to procure goods and services, organize disposal of obsolete goods, identify spend, and explore opportunities to ensure legal compliance and achieve best value.
