What The Role Involves: As a Marketing Experience Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of full-funnel marketing campaigns across Input Output Group’s tentpole programs. This includes oversight of brief development, production workflows, digital and social activation, demand generation, and event-related engagements.
The role requires a strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technologies, and applies this expertise to shape strategic and consistent marketing experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including product marketing, creative, communications, events, and analytics—to coordinate campaign execution and ensure alignment with business objectives.
The position also holds accountability for agency and vendor management, integration across marketing functions, and quality assurance throughout campaign lifecycles. This includes acting as the main liaison between the Marketing and Communications shared services team and product marketing leads across business units.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the project team delivers world-class creative, strategy, and solutions that are integrated with the overall business strategy and brand positioning across all channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders: Product Marketing, Ecosystem & Community, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
- Lead all conversations with our internal teams and agency partners including status meetings, presentations and reviews.
- Guide business unit (BU) product marketing strategy teams to develop strategic briefs and ensure that proper direction is provided and maintained throughout the campaign development process.
- Partner with BU product marketing teams to align on objectives, program requirements, and KPIs, to deliver breakthrough ideas and activations.
- Work closely with project management and the marketing shared services leadership team to ensure deliverables are developed on strategy, on time, and within budget.
- Define and manage agency/vendor processes spanning overall project workflows, project resourcing and budget tracking.
- Drive integration best practices.
- Identify and implement operational and process efficiencies that lead to continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Manage approvals, feedback, and input from multiple stakeholders.
- Manage all production aspects with the project management team.
- Develop a deep understanding of Web3 and blockchain technology ecosystems to help shape marketing activation plans.
- Uphold brand identity, ensuring all creative projects maintain consistency with established guidelines while bringing fresh and innovative ideas to strengthen visual storytelling.

- 8+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications at a technology company or Account Management experience at an Advertising agency with a strong portfolio in tech or Web3 industries.
- Experience with Web3, DAOs and blockchain-native brands.
- Strong leadership, project management, and team-building skills.
- Passion for innovation and a forward-thinking approach to campaign development and creative execution.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-faceted projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional time management skills, able to prioritize and manage deadlines while maintaining quality.
