This is a full-time (1 FTE) position offered for a fixed term of approximately 12 months. The Library is committed to being inclusive, user-focused, and welcoming. This one-year graduate trainee role, for a recent Lancaster University graduate, offers direct experience working across areas beyond traditional library functions.
The role is based within the Library's Open Research team, supporting their activities and collaborating with colleagues and EDI stakeholders to deliver engagement events, ensuring themes of equality, diversity, and inclusion are embedded throughout.
You should be a recent Lancaster University graduate (within the last three years), enthusiastic about the evolving role of libraries, with a passion for EDI. Your lived experience and commitment to reducing barriers and promoting equality will help us create a welcoming environment for all.
