The role:
- We're looking for a hands-on engineer to help us ensure our clients' systems stay secure, available and high performing.
- You'll troubleshoot and resolve issues, support daily operations, and play a key role in upgrading and maintaining everything from firewalls to virtualised servers.
You’ll work across:
- Network & system infrastructure (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Virtualisation, storage, backup and disaster recovery
- Security tools (SIEM, MFA, NAC), scripting & automation
- Vendor coordination and compliance standards
You have:
- CCNA certified (CCNP desirable)
- Solid experience across IT infrastructure and networking
- Hands-on troubleshooting and implementation skills
- Knowledge of security protocols, VPNs, firewalls, and DR planning
- Scripting (e.g. PowerShell) and documentation ability
- Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills
