At tombola, our promotions team sits at the heart of Marketing & Commercial, fuelling the fun for our players every single day. We’re responsible for crafting engaging, on-brand campaigns that drive excitement, loyalty, and a great player experience. We’re now looking for a Bingo Promotions Executive to help us plan, deliver, and optimise promotional campaigns that land with a bang—whether it’s via email, push, SMS or on-site messaging. Working alongside Acquisition, Creative, Community, and Product teams, you’ll ensure our players feel valued and entertained every step of the way.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Campaign Execution: Deliver CRM campaigns aligned with player lifecycle and segment, ensuring timely and personalised messaging across channels.
- Content Creation: Write engaging and accurate copy for emails, SMS, push notifications, and onsite content that reflects our brand and speaks to our players.
- Promo Building: Collaborate with the Lifecycle and Bingo Promo teams to build, test and launch promotions using our internal promo tool.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with teams across design, product, and data to ensure all promos are correctly implemented, on-brand, and trackable.
- Briefing & Coordination: Use Jira to manage promo briefs, timelines, and delivery—liaising with bingo engine, creative, and data teams.
- Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance, using insights to make informed recommendations for future activity.
- International Collaboration: Occasionally support bingo promotions in other regions, including Italy, Spain, Denmark, and Sweden.
What We’re Looking For
- CRM/Marketing Experience: Ideally, you’ve worked in a CRM or marketing role, preferably in online gaming, e-commerce or digital entertainment.
- Promo Knowledge: Bonus points for experience in online bingo or promo execution within a regulated industry.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident using CRM tools, promo systems, and platforms like Jira, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Creative & Analytical: You enjoy blending data-driven decisions with creative flair to produce campaigns that perform.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for detail when building and reviewing promotional content.
- Great Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
