About the role: Are you a passionate and motivated HR graduate looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and evolving industry? This two-year rotational programme will give you the opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of HR while being supported with exceptional training and development opportunities. Over the course of this two-year programme, you’ll gain in-depth experience across various HR functions, primarily focusing on generalist business partnering but may also include exposure to wider areas such as reward, recruitment, operational HR and learning and development (L&D), to provide you with a good grounding in all areas of HR that shape a successful organisation. You’ll build a strong understanding of employment law across the UK.

Our objective is to support you in reaching your full potential and setting you up for success. You will receive extensive training and development opportunities designed to support your growth as an HR professional. Throughout the programme, you’ll work towards achieving a CIPD Level 5 qualification, sponsored by the company, equipping you with advanced knowledge of human resource management and best practices. This qualification will be complemented by tailored workshops, webinars, and hands-on project work to enhance your skills.

To apply, candidates must:

  • Hold (or demonstrate proof they will hold upon graduation) a 2:2 degree or above (or equivalent) in HR or related subject
  • Have the right to live and work full-time in the UK
