Are you passionate about sport? Are you passionate about people? Would you like to make a difference and optimise the fan experience on a Bristol City/ Bristol Bears Match Day? We are recruiting for Fan Experience Ambassadors. You will be working as part of our stadium operations team to create an exciting matchday experience. You will need boundless enthusiasm plus a winning personality to effectively engage with our fans upon their arrival to the stadium.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and interacting with home and visiting fans
- Assisting and providing directions to the stadium facilities
- Assisting with seating block directions for fans heading to the stands
- Managing queues
Your role will play an extremely important part in promoting our brand and enhancing the match day experience for fans attending a game. Our ideal candidate will be approachable, super friendly, fun, extremely confident, loud and creative! All this whilst of course conducting yourself in a professional manner.
Salary: £12.74 per hour + 12.07% holiday pay
Hours: Football / Rugby home games
