An ambitious, high-growth Private Equity fund is seeking a senior investment professional (VP level or above) to join its expanding team, focused on growth and buyout investments in the software sector. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in originating, executing, and managing software investments, while contributing to the development of the platform and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of the investment process, from origination to execution, working closely with the founding partners and broader team.
- Develop and maintain relationships across the founder, advisor, and investor ecosystem to drive proprietary deal flow.
- Conduct in-depth sector research and lead thesis-driven sourcing efforts, with a particular focus on high-growth software and B2B technology businesses.
- Oversee complex financial modelling, investment analysis, and deal structuring to support sound investment decisions.
- Represent the firm at board level and work closely with management teams post-investment to drive growth and value creation.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

- A proven track record in growth equity, private equity, or buyouts, with specific experience in software and B2B technology investments.
