What will I be doing? Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative and financial support by coordinating the production and distribution of reports and data submissions for internal and external customers. You will work closely with a wide range of departments to ensure that the existing high level of customer service is maintained and improved where necessary. You will support all operational sites with weighbridge contract management. You will assist in the resolution of queries from key clients and third party customers. You will assist with the administration of SUEZ local authority contracts and collating KPI reports to monitor production and contract performance. You will work alongside managers and supervisors to support and develop a better understanding of the impact of key operational decisions.
What are the requirements? With proven experience, you must be able to demonstrate that you are capable of working to deadlines and structuring workloads for yourself. You must have strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with other teams within SUEZ. Experience of understanding internal and external customer requirements is essential. A track record within the resource management or waste industry is desirable, but not essential. You must be able to demonstrate a high level of IT skills including data manipulation and report generation plus the usual Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Ability to transfer these IT skills to bespoke resource management specific software packages is also essential.
