We are currently recruiting for a Reward Analyst to join the HR team. The purpose of this role is to support the Senior Director, Head of Reward, in all aspects of the Reward function to ensure that OXB has a clear, equitable Reward offering across all global locations, aligned with our company values.

Your responsibilities in this role include:

  • Serving as the key contact for all reward queries from employees, managers, and People Team colleagues, escalating to the Senior Director of Reward as needed.
  • Supporting Reward Strategy by assisting with communication, implementation, and embedding of reward initiatives across the organization, and helping build the Reward infrastructure (e.g., pay ranges, bonus structures, incentives, equity awards), including training and communication.
  • Driving the annual compensation cycle, including planning and executing the review process, cost-modelling related to reward activities, and salary benchmarking.
  • Managing employee benefits by collaborating with brokers and HR teams to handle renewals and changes, supporting communication and rollout of benefit updates, maintaining communication materials, and overseeing vendor relationships.
  • Supporting company share plan administration by coordinating with Link Group, preparing modeling for grants, and handling employee queries regarding vesting and other issues.
  • Preparing UK Gender & Pay submissions in partnership with HR and payroll, and collaborating with external providers on calculations and analysis.
  • Handling Salary Survey submissions, reviewing and updating salary ranges, and ensuring the Compensation Module in SuccessFactors is operational.
  • Providing ad hoc reporting, analysis, and benchmarking services to support reward planning and modeling.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a degree, ideally with a CIPD or World at Work Certification.
  • Have advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Have experience in a broad Reward role, with knowledge of employee benefits, pensions, insurance, etc.
  • Have experience with share administration.
  • Are passionate about data analysis and modeling, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail.
  • Possess supplier management experience, ideally.
