We seek a passionate and collaborative Associate Land Consultant to join our Land Advisory team, leading land referencing, land assembly, and providing strategic advice for infrastructure projects. Role Responsibilities
- Lead land referencing and land assembly teams and advise on strategic client needs.
- Manage projects, oversee budgets, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
- Develop and write technical proposals for bids.
- Represent our services externally and foster client relationships.
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to service expansion.
Candidate Specification
Essential:
- Proven experience leading land referencing, assembly, and strategic consultancy on infrastructure projects.
