The Google Ads Specialist will join the ShedPro team and report directly to the Product Manager/ Product Director. ShedPro is the primary product of Seadev over the past four years, with a mission to develop cutting-edge sales and digital marketing solutions that help Shed and Carport businesses grow in the North American market.
As the Google Ads Specialist, you will focus on setting up, managing, monitoring, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for our clients to drive traffic, generate leads, and achieve measurable results. You will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with our internal teams to deliver exceptional client service. Your expertise in Google Ads will be essential in achieving our clients' digital marketing objectives.
What will you do?
- Campaign Setup & Management: Plan, create, and implement Google Ads campaigns tailored to the unique needs of our clients. Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to maximize ROI. Set up conversion tracking and other performance measurement tools.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance daily to ensure KPIs are being met. Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, refining ad copy, and updating targeting strategies. Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, keywords, and landing pages. Monitor and manage ad budgets to ensure efficient use of client resources while maximizing results.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare detailed campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights. Communicate campaign outcomes and recommendations to clients in a clear, professional manner. Work closely with the Product Development & Service Delivery teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies. Provide feedback on website landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable success.
- Google Ads Certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads tools, including Search, Display, Video, and Shopping campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with the shed industry or B2B marketing is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
