The predicted salary is between 26400 - 39600 £ per year.
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the Lead Resuscitation Officer in the expert education, formal classroom training and strategic delivery of resuscitation services across the Trust.
Based in Leatherhead with supported hybrid working.
- Deliver resuscitation and clinical skills training programmes to ensure mandatory and statutory resuscitation training compliance is maintained.
- Provide resuscitation training sessions across trust sites and within partner organisations if required.
- To influence patient and clinical safety through the delivery of effective education and assessment programmes to ensure the safe use of equipment.
- To act as part of the clinical skills education team to support the delivery of clinical skills and awareness training primarily first aid.
- Be fully conversant with the operation of all resuscitation equipment used within the trust both clinically, in training and follow up.
- To work with the education team to schedule provision of courses, considering demand and capacity, areas of high need/low compliance.
