About the role:
We are looking to hire a technically savvy, content-driven, and results-oriented Senior SEO Specialist. The ideal candidate will lead both technical and content SEO initiatives to drive organic growth, improve site performance, and enhance search visibility across key markets.
As our Senior SEO Specialist you will:
- SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a data-driven SEO strategy that covers technical, content, and link-building aspects.
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct in-depth audits, optimize site structure, improve crawlability, enhance Core Web Vitals, and implement schema markup.
- Content Strategy & Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to provide strategic SEO support, including keyword research, metadata recommendations, and optimization guidance, ensuring every article is SEO-optimized and primed to rank.
- Link Building & Authority Growth: Develop and oversee a high-quality link-building strategy to boost domain authority and ranking positions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and interpret key SEO performance metrics daily, providing insightful reports on a weekly and monthly basis to drive continuous improvements.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors, and stay ahead of SEO trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration & Innovation: Work alongside a skilled team of SEOs, content writers, and developers to execute high-impact strategies.
Your profile should include:
- 4+ years of in-house SEO experience, ideally in competitive SERPs
- A proven track record of ranking and growing organic traffic
- Expertise in SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, log analysis, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for SEO analysis
- A results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Previous SEO experience in an iGaming company is a plus
