We are bringing the authentic Little Wing Pizzeria, Sliced experience to SSE and we are on the hunt for enthusiastic team members to help us create unforgettable dining moments. Whether you are a dough-tossing pro, a wizard in the kitchen, or a people-loving front-of-house star, we want you to be part of our family.
We have an exciting opportunity for a supervisor to join our Little Wing Sliced at the SSE management team. As a Supervisor, you will provide direction and support to the restaurant team ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained at all times. You will work with the General Manager to maximise revenue, manage costs and maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Genuine career progression opportunities to develop into an Assistant Manager within the Little Wing group upon completion of training and showcasing the ability to perform in the role. We believe in work-life balance. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work approximately 40 hours per week (over five shifts including weekends). As a reward, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of £13 paid fortnightly. We also provide a performance bonus structure, free pizza on shift and a company discount of 20% off food in various outlets including Bullitt Hotel, Little Wing Pizzeria, The National and The Cloth Ear.
What are we looking for?
- Essential Criteria:
- 1 year's supervisor experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven track record of organisational skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Passionate about the industry and delivering the best pizza
- Strong customer focus
- Desirable Criteria:
- 1 year's supervisor experience in a similar busy table service restaurant
- NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar)
Earn £13 per hour, plus a potential £1,250 bonus for meeting KPIs.
