We are working with a growing UK-based office cleaning company to recruit an experienced Operations Leader. You’ll be joining a supportive operations team, reporting to the Senior Operations Lead and playing a key role in managing day-to-day business functions. Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Coordination
    • Post job adverts, screen applications, conduct telephone interviews
    • Book paid trial shifts and coordinate logistics with internal team
    • Manage feedback and transition successful applicants to HR for onboarding
  • Time Sheet Oversight
    • Review and verify employee timesheets against scheduled hours
    • Approve accurate entries and flag discrepancies for follow-up
  • Order Management
    • Process supply orders submitted by cleaning teams
    • Liaise with suppliers and coordinate deliveries to various client sites
  • Client Communication
    • Manage the shared operations inbox
    • Respond to client queries, resolve minor issues, and escalate when needed
    • Occasionally liaise with clients via phone
  • Operations Support
    • Support internal scheduling and communication across the ops team
    • Follow structured internal processes and contribute to improvements
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations, administration, or team support roles
  • Recruitment experience is strongly preferred (posting ads, screening CVs, interviewing)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and shared systems (Microsoft Teams, shared inboxes)
  • Experience with client communication and problem resolution
