We are currently looking for Kitchen and Bathroom Fitters to work on a social housing contract in the Ipswich area. This is an ongoing sub contracting role which will be paid on a day rate. The job will be carrying out kitchen and bathroom fitting within tenanted and void properties, speaking to tenants and planners daily, so good communication skills are essential.

The rate of pay is GBP180 per day, this can be paid CIS or via a Limited Company.

Job Duties:

• Strip out
• Install new kitchen units/bathroom suite
• Plumbing
• Tiling
• Decorating
• Vinyl floor laying

Requirements:

• Social housing experience
• Own Van
• Full UK driving licence
• Own tools
