Oak View Group, part of Oak View Group (OVG), Rhubarb is a premium hospitality collective specialising in luxury event catering, restaurant dining and hospitality. Rhubarb delivers unique dining and venue management at some of the world's most iconic locations.

Since 2011, Rhubarb has provided all food and drink at the iconic Royal Albert Hall. With over 350 diverse and exciting events taking place each year, guests to the Royal Albert Hall can complement their visit with exceptional hospitality experiences. The operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people.

We are now looking for a talented Pastry Senior Sous Chef to join our purpose-built pastry kitchen working with a lovely team led by an incredible Executive Pastry Chef. As a Pastry Senior Sous Chef, you will be creating delicious treats such as cakes, petit fours, muffins, afternoon teas and plated desserts ranging from sweet and simple to fine and advanced. Most importantly, you should be an excellent team player with a strong foundation of leadership skills and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills with our team of 7. We have a strong track record of developing and promoting our team; widespread opportunity is available for those who seek it.
