Salary: £26,910 plus service charge.

About us: Connected to Gatwick South terminal, Hilton London Gatwick has 821 bedrooms and an exciting selection of restaurants and bars, including a Japanese Steakhouse. The hotel has a fitness centre and 23 meeting rooms that can host large conferences.

A bit about what you will do: Commis Chefs are an integral part of our Kitchen team, and they embrace every opportunity to help contribute to creating delicious food for our guests. Assisting the Chef de Partie with preparation of mis-en-place and cooking food to the required high standards. Preparing dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time, in line with brand standards. Ensuring equipment and workspaces are kept clean and tidy and in line with food hygiene requirements.
