Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Be the first smile people see - welcome members and guests warmly and professionally
- Know your community - greet key members by name and understand their business needs
- Answer calls and handle enquiries efficiently and graciously
- Keep the Front of House immaculate, professional, and inviting
- Ensure guests are signed in and equipped with access cards
- Support meeting room and facility checks to ensure everything's ready
- Occasionally host tours for potential members or visitors
- Help organise and run business and social events
- Guide customers on fire safety and health & safety procedures
