This Independent Alternative Provision School in Romford, Havering is a registered charity providing full-time education for up to 90 students in Years 9-11. Pupils are referred by secondary schools or the local authority due to behavioural challenges or barriers to mainstream learning. The school offers structure, second chances, and real support to the young people who need it most.
As a behaviour mentor, you will play a key role in creating a safe, respectful, and structured learning environment. Working closely with tutors and senior leaders, you will support students with behavioural needs helping them manage emotions, re-engage with learning, and build brighter futures.
Key Responsibilities- Support staff in managing challenging behaviour inside and outside the classroom
