Job Summary
The Driving Spirit Snows Motor Group, based in the South and South-West of England, is an AM Top 50 automotive retailer covering 20 brands across 54 franchises. We differentiate ourselves from our competitors by delivering an exceptional level of service to both our customers and manufacturing partners. We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator (20 hours per week) to join our established team at TOYOTA and LEXUS in Southampton.
Your day
As a Sales Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring efficient processing of new corporate vehicle orders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with the Sales team and Vehicle Supply to process vehicle orders in line with sales documentation.
- Completing all pre-delivery administration, such as vehicle registration using AFRL, insurance, and road tax.
- Handling contingency claims and updating the Sales Manager on any discrepancies.
- Working with the Sales team and Sales Manager to complete sales invoicing, ensuring all costs are included.
- Providing general support to the Sales team, keeping them informed of customer order statuses and issues.
- Entering vehicle job sheet details into REV8 system to ensure accurate records of pre-delivery work hours.
- Collaborating with the Aftersales team to ensure the completion of service invoice costs and updating the workshop control list for Sales Work/Preparation.
- Managing the stock management system and reporting any technical issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of stock, including new, used, demonstrators, and VanPro vehicles.
- Advising the Sales team on stock activity to keep them updated on current stock status.
- Liaising with the Sales Manager for stock ordering and payments of used vehicles.
- Organising transportation and delivery of stock and sold units.
- Providing data input for bonus model targets related to Service Plans and connectivity.
