About Your Role

Charlotte Tilbury Stock Assistant is a true operator. They thrive on operational excellence and ensuring our stock processes are managed as smoothly as possible. They know time is of the essence — and how high demand our product is for our customer. They work behind the scenes to make magic happen whether it is processing deliveries, maintaining high stockroom standards and being the ultimate brand ambassador.

As a Stock and Operations Manager you will be:

  • Driving operational success through motivation of the team to hit KPI targets.
  • Driving profit protection through highlighting high stock volumes/slower selling lines to the business manager.
  • Management of stock operations assistants ensuring any delegated tasks are followed up and reviewed (if applicable).
  • Effective communication through the leadership team to support knowledge to improve customer experience instore where stock or any operations may impact or have changes.
  • Implementing any brand processes meeting required deadlines.
  • Working and liaising with host store partners and senior stakeholders; ensuring brand compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Management of the shop floor replenished system and review to adapt the needs of the business where necessary.
  • Monitoring and logging the use of testers weekly and ordering in accordance to needs.
  • Management of all deliveries ensuring these are processed accurately and in a timely manner with any discrepancies raised and followed up.
  • Completion and checks of all administrative tasks.
  • Effective management of out of stocks to control instore lost sales.
  • Ensuring the write off process for products complies with company policy and procedure, whilst limiting and reducing loss for the business is managed effectively and any flags are raised to the business manager.
