Are you an incredibly capable director of operations – at ease keeping a diverse, grassroots, values-driven, child-centred, deeply co-created, occasionally chaotic, always joyful charity running smoothly? We have grown rapidly and achieved a lot, so now we need to invest (a salary between £50,000 and £55,000 per annum) in the right person to oversee all back-end functions and operational activities.
