About The Role: As a Beauty Ambassador, you will represent all that bareMinerals stands for. We create innovative products powered by nourishing, skin-loving minerals. You will receive innovative and artistry-led training, our award-winning products, and the chance to be part of a fast-growing brand.

Reports To: City Manager, bareMinerals & Laura Mercier

Location: Trafford Centre

Shift Pattern: Retail, mixed shifts Sunday-Saturday

Contract Type: Temporary

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers with extensive product knowledge and demonstrate exceptional customer service.
  • Connect with customers in meaningful ways.
  • Create the bareMinerals signature look and share on-counter services and events.
  • Be motivated, goal-oriented, and a real team player.
  • Multitask and support your team during peak times.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Demonstrable retail sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Flexibility to work key trading hours.
