The Trader Voice Regional Manager oversees voice communication systems and support operations across multiple trading floors and facilities within the region. This leadership role ensures uninterrupted voice communications for traders by managing support teams, coordinating with IT and network teams, and implementing strategies to enhance system performance, reliability, and compliance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising and leading teams of Trader Voice Support Analysts across EMEA & APAC.
  • Establishing performance metrics and ensuring adherence to SLAs and standards.
  • Mentoring team members through training and performance reviews.
  • Managing voice systems, including trader turret systems, voice recording solutions, and carrier services.
  • Collaborating with IT and network teams for system maintenance and upgrades.
  • Monitoring system performance and addressing issues proactively.
  • Developing operational strategies aligned with regional goals.
  • Leading projects related to technology upgrades and process improvements.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Experience & Education:

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields; advanced certifications are a plus. 10+ years in technical support, with 5+ years in a supervisory role, preferably in finance. Expertise in trader voice systems, telecommunication infrastructure, and UC platforms.
