Join one of the most respected names in consulting as a SAP Test Manager at Associate Director level – and shape the future of enterprise testing. We’re seeking an ambitious and technically astute SAP Test Manager to own and drive test strategy across high-impact digital transformation projects. You will work alongside industry leaders and cutting-edge clients, delivering quality from blueprint through go-live and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and leading end-to-end SAP test strategies for complex S/4HANA programmes
- Owning the full testing lifecycle – from planning and preparation to execution, automation, and reporting
- Spearheading automated testing frameworks, embedding them into continuous delivery pipelines
- Guiding senior stakeholders and technical teams through best-in-class quality assurance practices
- Leading multi-disciplinary testing teams across functional, integration, UAT, regression, and performance phases
- Driving innovation in quality engineering and tooling across cloud and on-prem environments
You Bring:
- Proven experience as a Test Manager on large-scale SAP S/4HANA programmes
- Strong understanding of test architecture, automation tools, and QA governance frameworks
